Processing time for your order for dispatch will be 1-3 business days. The variance in time is dependent on whether we have the clock dial, you would like, in stock. Contact us if you would like to check before ordering, especially if you have a time frame you would like to receive your order by.

Tracked parcel post to a residential/business address: 3-5 business days
Courier to a residential/business address: 1-2 business days
Additional 1-2 days for delivery to a rural address
In general delivery has been 3 days for tracked parcel post and 1 day/overnight for courier. The delivery targets are set by NZ Post and variance may occur when the parcel is being delivered inter island.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 and free for any order over $50.

There is no charge for pickup and is available from Novelty Clocks, 2 Holyhead Street, Outram. Once your order is ready, someone will be in touch to arrange pickup.
